The Pergola
The Pergola is a beautiful dining area just outside the Villa, surrounded by grape vines and vegetation. The perfect social place for a lunch or dinner. Sunsets create a beautiful array of light through the area.
The Pool & Terrace Bar
The social highlight of the Villa would be the pool area, a work of art consisting of a long length beautifully designed pool, and a decked wooden terrace complete with everything a person's heart could desire. To finish off the experience the pool and deck extend over a ridge, giving one a panoramic view of the valley surrounding the Villa.
The pool is a multidimensional masterpiece. Finished in stone, and spanning the length of the ridge, it is large. Brushed aluminium stair cases sit at both ends of the pool, and the water fills to spill over onto pool sides. The pool also spans multiple depths, with two shallow ends, it ensures that it caters to the entire family as children can play on the shallow ridge close to the terrace.
Under the terrace roof, is a playground of comforts. A fully self sufficient entertainment space, complete with a bar, gas barbeque grill and oven, hidden dishwasher, huge wooden bench table, cushioned lounging area, finished off with a fully integrated sound system, with speakers scattered around the terrace, as well as hidden speakers surrounding the pool as well.
The bar area contains an ice maker, hidden fridges, bottle racks and workspace. The bar itself is made from a glass stone, and at night can be illuminated from lights below. It’s the perfect area to make and enjoy cocktails, or your favourite drinks.
The Views
The Villa rests upon a ridge overlooking the Valley of Orbicciano, and had a 300 degree view of the landscape. An old yet operational church neighbours the property, and the rest of the valley is a blanket of farmland and villas. A surreal feeling overcomes one when overlooking the valleys, and one cannot help but be entranced by the surroundings, no matter how much time is spent dissecting the landscape. The Villa even has two outdoor showers, with their own views and integration to the surroundings.
