The Villa
The House has gone from a classic stone farmhouse with stalls, hay storage and no flushing toilet, to a 6 bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms, a home theater, wine cellar, and beautiful outside areas including 2 outdoor showers, a pool, Pergola and bar deck. Although much has changed, much of the authenticity has been kept, including the fully operational wine cellars.
Rooms & Bathrooms
The Villa has 6 Bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms with beautiful en-suite bathrooms. The main room downstairs is finished with a very modern aluminium and stone finish, with electrically controlled blinds and Bang and Olufsen sound system.
On the middle floor is another large master bedroom, with a beautiful en-suite bathroom, and a large balcony camouflaged in creepers and vines that overlooks the beautiful valley. The room is also fitted with a Bang and Olufsen sound system, with speakers extending into the bathroom.
Three smaller rooms scatter the corridor, each with shuttered windows closing valley view’s behind them. One room has two single beds, and the other two have beautiful double beds. At the end of the corridor is a large master bathroom, with a stone bath and shower.
Two more rooms can be found on the third story, one with two single beds, and the other with a large double bed.
Entertainment Areas
While guests will usually find themselves out in the outside entertainment areas, the Villa has great indoor entertainment facilities. On the gound floor is a lounge next to the kitchen, with an original vintage Jukebox system, loaded with hits from days gone past. The two master bedrooms have built in Bang and Olufsen sound systems, extending into the bathrooms.
But the highlight of the entertainment areas is the AV lounge on the top floor. Sporting a 50 inch LCD wall mounted display, Sky satellite television, DVD player and surround sound, this room makes the perfect getaway for those wanting to chill out inside.
